'Role Summary

The UX Engineer is a hybrid design expert who focuses on conceptualizing, designing, and

creating high-fidelity interactive prototypes for AI-driven platforms and products. With a core

focus on UX design skills and expertise, this role centers on design exploration, defining the

user experience of AI features, and building realistic prototypes that validate generative and

conversational interactions. You will work closely with UX Architects, Product Designers, and AI

Engineering teams to bring complex, intelligent user interfaces to life through advanced

prototyping and design system development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prototype intuitive, user-centric interfaces for complex AI applications,
  
  

including generative UI, conversational agents, and predictive components.

• Build highly interactive, complex prototypes (using tools like Figma, Protopie, or Framer)
  
  

that accurately simulate AI behaviors—such as streaming text, dynamic content

generation, loading states, and AI feedback loops—for user testing and stakeholder

validation.

• Translate abstract AI capabilities and LLM functionalities into tangible, elegant design
  
  

solutions and clear user flows, ensuring seamless Human-AI Interaction (HAII).

• Collaborate tightly with UX Architects and Product Designers to establish and scale
  
  

enterprise-grade design systems, ensuring all components are accessible, consistent,

and optimized for AI-driven features.

• Act as the primary bridge between the conceptual design phase and engineering
  
  

implementation, providing detailed interaction specifications and redlines.

• Conduct rapid prototyping cycles to test and validate AI UX guardrails (e.g., citation
  
  

tooltips, error handling, content safety checks) without compromising the overarching

design vision.
