Architect

'Role Summary

The Tech Lead will take the AI Architect's solution design and turn it into a working, production-ready

platform. This person will guide the AI Engineering team day to day across ingestion, search and retrieval,

and Azure DevOps/CI-CD workstreams. The role is hands-on: the Tech Lead is expected to make technical

decisions, review code, unblock engineers, and contribute directly to the more complex parts of the

build.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Engineering team across the ingestion, search and retrieval, and Azure DevOps/CI-CD
  
  

workstreams.

• Break down the AI Architect's design into practical technical plans, sprint work, and engineering
  
  

tasks.

• Stay close to the code through reviews, pairing, and direct contribution on complex areas such as
  
  

doctor ranking, guarded NL2SQL aggregate flows, and grounded AI summaries.

• Maintain build quality across the full release path, from Dev through UAT parallel run with the legacy
  
  

search and on to Production blue/green deployment.

• Support sprint planning, estimation, and team capacity planning using the project's effort-
  
  

estimation baseline.

• Work closely with the AI Architect on design choices and raise risks, scope changes, and technical
  
  

blockers early.

• Keep security, PDPA, and AI content-safety requirements front of mind throughout implementation.
• Coordinate integration testing across deterministic search, semantic search, multilingual fallback
  
  

logic, and the Admin Tool's configuration-driven governance model.

• Own the technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer needed for a smooth
  
  

handover and ongoing support.

• Represent engineering in client-facing technical conversations and UAT sign-off discussions.
