Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Enterprise HRSD Platform Architecture: Define and govern the end-to-end technical architecture, data models, domain separation, and strict security/privacy frameworks across an enterprise-scale ServiceNow HRSD platform.
HRSD Module Strategy: Lead the architectural design and roadmap execution for large-scale deployments across the HR Service Delivery suite, including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center / Employee Service Center (ESC), Enterprise Onboarding & Lifecycle Events, HR Performance Analytics, and custom extensions via App Engine.
Advanced Customization & Logic: Design complex lifecycle workflows, business rules, script includes, and client-side logic using advanced platform scripting frameworks (Glide, JavaScript, and AngularJS/Employee Center UI).
Integration Engineering: Architect seamless, secure, and modern system integrations connecting ServiceNow HRSD with core enterprise HRIS and business systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Payroll, and Identity Providers) leveraging REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
Employee Data Privacy & Governance: Guide the strategic implementation of sensitive HR data models, ensuring strict compliance with global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) through robust HR-specific Access Control Lists (ACLs), COE security, and data masking protocols.
Agile Technical Leadership: Oversee development teams in an Agile environment, partnering with HR product owners and HR transformation leads to translate business cases into technical stories within project management tools like Jira.
Job Requirements
Technical Skills
15+ years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on architecture experience within the ServiceNow platform focused on HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
Expert-level mastery of ServiceNow technical infrastructure, domain separation, HR data schemas (Centers of Excellence / COEs), and HR-specific security models.
Deep proficiency in JavaScript scripting (Glide APIs) and modern front-end UI framework design using AngularJS and Service Portal / Employee Center.
Proven technical expertise in establishing secure integration pipelines, configuring MID Servers, and managing automated API endpoints for HRIS and third-party systems.
Strong foundational knowledge of CMDB/CSDM frameworks mapped to enterprise employee services and organizational structures.
