Job Description
Framework Implementation: Leverage and implement architectural frameworks, such as the SABSA framework, to ensure security and business alignment throughout the design lifecycle.
Solution Design: Design high-availability, scalable, and secure architectures for capital market applications. Drive the transition from legacy systems to modern, cloud-native infrastructures.
Stakeholder Leadership: Act as the primary technical interface for senior stakeholders. Use exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills to facilitate architectural decisions, manage conflict, and build consensus across business and IT units.
Problem Solving: Lead the team in analyzing complex business challenges, identifying bottlenecks, and providing actionable, robust architectural recommendations.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor technical teams and junior architects, ensuring technical excellence and adoption of industry best practices.Mandatory Technical & Domain Skills
Capital Markets Expertise: Deep understanding of the Capital Markets value chain, including front-to-back office processing, trade lifecycles, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Enterprise Architecture: Proven capability in Enterprise Application Architecture, including data architecture, integration patterns, and system design.
Frameworks: Demonstrated proficiency in applying architectural methodologies, specifically the SABSA framework.
Analytical Rigor: Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex technical architecture for non-technical stakeholders.
Soft Skills & CompetenciesCommunication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; adept at tailoring technical messaging for diverse audiences.
