Job Requirements

Delivery Manager Experience: 15+ years Role Type: Programme Delivery / Operational Leadership Role Overview The Delivery Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of programme workstreams across regulatory data, AI, architecture, engineering, MDM, and governance. The role will ensure delivery predictability, quality, dependency management, and effective collaboration between business and technology teams. Key Responsibilities

• Manage delivery across multiple technical and functional workstreams.
• Establish delivery plans, milestones, sprint plans, release schedules, and resource forecasts.
• Coordinate teams across data engineering, architecture, AI, MDM, governance, regulatory, and application development.
• Track progress, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and actions.
• Manage delivery governance, status reporting, RAID logs, dashboards, and steering committee inputs.
• Ensure that requirements, design, build, testing, validation, deployment, and transition activities are completed on time.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and resolve delivery blockers.
• Ensure delivery complies with approved quality, security, GxP, validation, and documentation standards.
• Support vendor and third-party management, including performance tracking and issue resolution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, programme planning, backlog reviews, release governance, and operational readiness activities.
• Manage transition to business-as-usual support, knowledge transfer, and service acceptance. Required Skills and Experience
• 15+ years of experience in technology delivery, programme management, or delivery leadership.
• Experience managing large-scale data, cloud, AI, or regulatory technology programmes.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, hybrid delivery, and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience working with pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of delivery governance, RAID management, dependency management, testing, release, and deployment processes.
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Planview, or equivalent.
