Job Description
Job Requirements
10-15Years
- Perform hands-on development, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs and integrate Pega applications with external systems.
- Develop and maintain complex Pega applications using appropriate design patterns and reusable components.
- Participate in application design, technical discussions, code reviews, and solution walkthroughs.
- Identify technical challenges and provide effective solutions for complex application requirements.
- Collaborate with Pega Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.
- Support application deployment, production troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and Pega guardrails.
- Mentor junior and mid-level Pega developers and provide technical guidance. Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Pega development.
- Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification is mandatory.
- Strong experience working on complex enterprise Pega applications.
- Strong knowledge of Pega case management, workflows, data modeling, UI, decisioning, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Pega development, configuration, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of Pega architecture, application design, and best practices.
- Experience with REST/SOAP web services and third-party system integrations.
- Good understanding of SQL and database concepts.
- Experience with Pega performance optimization and application tuning.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical deliverables. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with recent versions of the Pega Platform.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise applications.
- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) and CSSA certifications.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and automated deployment processes is an advantage. Experience Level 5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience Certification Mandatory: Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on Pega professional who can independently handle complex application development, troubleshoot technical challenges, contribute to solution design, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
