Architect – Villas & Apartment Projects

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and technically strong Architect with experience in designing and executing villa and apartment projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for concept development, planning, approvals, working drawings, site coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered in compliance with design standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

• Prepare concept designs, master plans, and layouts for villa and apartment projects.
• Develop architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D views.
• Ensure efficient space planning and optimal land utilization.
• Coordinate façade design and elevation treatments.

Working Drawings & Execution Support

• Prepare detailed construction and working drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants.
• Issue GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
• Provide technical support and clarifications to site teams.
• Conduct site visits to ensure execution aligns with design intent.

Approvals & Compliance

• Prepare drawings and documents for statutory approvals.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and development control norms.
• Coordinate with authorities for required approvals and permissions.

Coordination & Project Monitoring

• Work closely with project management and construction teams.
• Review material selections and finishing specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors for façade, interior, and finishing works.
• Ensure timely revisions and issuance of drawings.

Required Skills

• Strong architectural design and technical detailing expertise.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D visualization tools.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and residential construction standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• B.Arch / M.Arch
• Registration with the Council of Architecture (preferred)
