This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in Ranchi. The Architect will be responsible for designing architectural plans, overseeing project execution, and collaborating with clients to meet project goals. Daily tasks will include creating technical drawings, integrating design elements, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with regulations and client specifications.

• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create innovative and functional designs.
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordinating, and executing design projects efficiently.
• Proficiency in adapting Software Development tools and techniques for design and project-based needs.
• Ability to integrate various design elements and technical systems into cohesive architectural solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Familiarity with local building codes and standards is an advantage.
