We are seeking a creative and technically strong Architect to join our Design Operations team in Cochin.

You will collaborate with our Creative and Technical Heads to translate ideas into executable designs that define excellence.

• Assist in concept design, space planning, and visualization
• Prepare detailed working drawings, GFCs, and service layouts
• Coordinate with 3D, site, and vendor teams for project execution
• Manage material selection, BOQ preparation, and design documentation
• Conduct site visits to ensure alignment between design and reality

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, Photoshop, MS Office

Bonus: Knowledge of materials, detailing, and site coordination preferred.
