This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at our Gaya location. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, collaborating on project planning, and ensuring efficient project management. Day-to-day tasks include creating and reviewing design layouts, integrating innovative architectural solutions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing projects to ensure timely and quality execution. The role requires effective communication with stakeholders and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable designs.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration for utilizing design tools and ensuring seamless collaboration in projects.
• Proven Project Management skills for overseeing project timelines, resources, and deliverables efficiently.
• Creative problem-solving capabilities and an eye for detail in design and execution.
• Experience in residential and/or commercial real estate projects is an advantage.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field with relevant certifications.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is highly desirable.
