Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in architectural design and project execution, with strong technical knowledge of construction details, building bylaws, and proficiency in relevant design software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Develop detailed working drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents.
- Ensure designs comply with local building bylaws, regulations, and development control rules.
- Prepare and present project proposals, conceptual layouts, and design presentations.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and approval records.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Good knowledge of building bylaws, development control regulations, and local authority approval processes.
- Strong understanding of technical construction details, structural requirements, and material specifications.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication, presentation, and team coordination skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in residential and commercial architectural projects.
- Portfolio of previous work will be an added advantage.
