Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Ahmedabad. The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration, and adhering to quality and client-specific requirements. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and creating architectural designs, overseeing project execution, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment with project goals and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Project Management and overseeing deadlines
• Knowledge of Integration and Software Development as it pertains to architectural projects
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with sustainable building practices and materials
• Proficiency with architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Registered Architect license is preferred, but not mandatory
• Prior experience in real estate or large-scale development projects is a plus
