Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned UX Strategist with a strong background in strategic design facilitation, user research, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running design thinking workshops with cross-functional teams, mapping user journeys, and translating insights into actionable strategies that drive user-centered innovation. This role requires effective communication with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end-users to gather insights and ensure design decisions align with business goals and user needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate design thinking workshops to foster collaboration and innovation among cross-functional teams.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including usability testing, to gather actionable insights.
- Create and maintain user journey maps, personas, and scenarios to inform design decisions.
- Translate research findings into strategic recommendations that enhance user experience and meet business objectives.
- Promote UX best practices across the organization and mentor team members in UX methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between user needs and business goals.
- Contribute to the development of strategic roadmaps that prioritize user-centered design initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve UX practices.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience in UX strategy development and execution.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead workshops and engage diverse teams.
- Expertise in user research methodologies, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
- Ability to create user journey maps, personas, and scenarios effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with design thinking frameworks and methodologies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in a facilitation or leadership role.
- A strong continuous learning mindset and a passion for user-centered design.
