Job Description: Strategic UX & Design Thinking Facilitator / UX ResearcherRole Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned UX professional who excels at strategic design facilitation, user research, and stakeholder engagement. This role demands a strong ability to run design thinking workshops, map user journeys, and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive user-centered innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Design Thinking & Ideation Sessions:
Lead collaborative workshops with cross-functional teams to foster creativity, alignment, and problem-solving. - Stakeholder & User Engagement:
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end-users to gather insights and ensure design decisions align with business goals and user needs. - UX Research & Insight Generation:
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and synthesize findings into clear recommendations for product improvements. - Journey Mapping & Persona Development:
Create detailed user journey maps, personas, scenarios, and task analyses to inform design strategies. - Design Evangelism & Thought Leadership:
Serve as a subject matter expert in UX design and research, promoting best practices and emerging trends within the organization. - Coaching & Mentorship:
Guide and mentor team members on design methodologies, research techniques, and execution excellence. - Strategic Contribution:
Translate research insights into strategic design roadmaps and influence product vision through evidence-based recommendations.
Qualifications- Education:
Degree in Design disciplines such as Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Industrial Design, or Digital Design preferred. - Experience:
- Minimum 8 years in UX design, with a strong mix of user research, interaction design, and strategic facilitation.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or facilitation role, driving workshops and guiding teams.
