About the Role
Fluor intend to hire a senior Architect and depute him/her at one of the Client's Office in Mumbai for a period of approx. one year. Upon completion of the assignment at Client's Location, Architect will be deputed at Fluor Gurugram office for other projects.
The candidate will bring experience at various capacities from working level to Project lead in typical Energy Solution, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery or other Projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall architectural design efforts for complex, large-scale projects.
- Provide technical guidance to Architects/Designers and governance to multidisciplinary design teams.
- Ensure compliance with Indian and global standards, regulatory national and international guidelines, and project requirements.
- Review and approve key architectural deliverables, layouts, Material Specifications, Vendor drawings, Authority approval requirements and Detail design packages, .
- Develop architectural concepts, narratives, and execution strategies for bid packages in collaboration with the project group.
- Resolve Site queries from construction contractors and assist client in other Architectural work during deputation at Client's office.
- Mentor and guide mid-level and junior architects to build organizational capability.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to operate under ambiguity and manage multiple parallel priorities.
Required Qualifications
- 12-15 years of architectural experience, preferably in EPC/engineering consulting environments.
- Working experience in Pharma, Data Center, or Semiconductor projects will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience leading large architectural teams and managing complex, high-technology projects.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Master's degree preferred.
- Professional registration is an added advantage.
