Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Architect position based in Chennai. The Architect will be responsible for managing architectural design projects from inception to completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and reviewing designs, ensuring integration with technical systems, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and overseeing the execution of projects to meet deadlines and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Good 3D modelling and interior rendering skills
• Technical prowess in 2D drawings (both architectural and interior)
• 1-2 years work experience
• Able to start immediately
• Able to travel for site visits both inside and outside Chennai (reimbursed)
• Based in Chennai
