Job Description

  • Lead solution architecture and delivery of secure, scalable platforms using Microservices and Event‑Driven architectures.
  • Design API‑first, secure‑by‑design solutions aligned with enterprise and regulatory standards.
  • Provide technical leadership across Call Center and Digital channel initiatives.
  • Drive Enhanced Authentication and Trusted Identity solutions including Okta Push, Gov ID Scan, and omni‑channel journeys.
  • Architect and deliver backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, Node.js, and Python.
  • Partner with IVR (Genesys), CRM (Salesforce), digital platforms, and vendor teams.
  • Leverage AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for cloud‑native delivery.
  • Ensure observability and monitoring using Splunk and Sumo Logic.
  • Mentor engineers and Solution Architects; conduct architecture, design, and code reviews.
  • Participate in DCAB reviews, production readiness, and release support.
  • Drive platform modernization and support critical programs with accelerated timelines.
  • Continuously upskill in AI and Agentic AI, applying tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
