Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Design Architect based in Mumbai. We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and developing architectural projects, ensuring coordination with various stakeholders, managing projects from conception to completion and ensuring design intent is maintained throughout all stages.
We are looking for:
- Freshers
- Architects with 2-4 years of experience
- Architects with 5-7 years of experience
- Architects with 8+ years of experience
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present concept designs, schematic layouts and detailed drawings.
- Prepare working drawings, GFCs and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce creative, innovative solutions that meet client requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in relevant architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion)
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, coordination and time management skills.
