Job Description

• Engaging in the conceptualization and development of architectural and interior designs, including drafting floor plans, elevations, sections, and other design documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to integrate their input into the design process.
• Attend project meetings and communicate effectively with team members.
• Conducting site visits, assisting architects in documentation, and addressing any issues that may arise during construction.
• Assisting the team in the resolution of designs
• Prepare presentation drawings (3D, 2D layouts and renderings) for clients
• Maintain industry knowledge to stay relevant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture with 0-3 years of experience in the field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and any one 3D Modelling Software. Rhino preferred.
• Any one rendering software will be considered a plus. Lumion preferred.
• Strong creative and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute.
