Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Panchkula. The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects, collaborating with clients and teams to meet design requirements, and ensuring that projects comply with regulations and standards. Daily tasks may include creating architectural drawings and blueprints, overseeing project management activities, and integrating innovative design solutions into projects. The role requires effective communication skills and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

BASIC REQUIREMENT -Autocad / SKETCHUP

• Proficiency in Architectural Design and Architecture, with the ability to create detailed drawings and blueprints.
• Experience in Project Management and the ability to oversee timelines, budgets, and project coordination.
• Understanding of Integration processes and the ability to implement cohesive design solutions.
• Knowledge of Software related to architectural tools and technologies is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is preferred.
