Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Surat. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings and plans, and contributing to detailed construction documentation. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients and internal teams, reviewing design feasibility, and ensuring that projects align with functional requirements, aesthetic goals, and regulatory standards. The role involves collaborating with consultants and contractors, participating in site visits, and supporting project timelines, budgets, and quality control. The Architect will also help integrate innovative design solutions, materials, and technologies into ongoing and new projects.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with demonstrated ability to create functional, aesthetic, and technically sound spaces.
• Experience with Integration of design elements, building systems, and stakeholder requirements into cohesive project solutions.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and tracking of design and construction activities.
• Familiarity with relevant Software Development concepts or digital tools that support design integration, modeling, and collaboration.
• Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino) and presentation tools.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and local regulations, with attention to sustainability and environmental design principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and engage with clients.
• Professional degree in Architecture or related field; prior experience in an architectural studio or design firm is preferred.
