Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Madurai South. The Architect will oversee day-to-day architectural design tasks, manage and execute projects, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals. Responsibilities also include integration of sustainability practices and technical solutions into architectural plans while adhering to timelines and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, ensuring a strong foundation in design principles and innovative solutions
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration to incorporate technology into architectural planning
• Experience with Project Management, including the ability to manage resources, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration
• Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and local building regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Proficiency in design software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar platforms
