Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Architect. The position involves creating and overseeing architectural designs, coordinating with various teams, and managing projects from concept to completion. The Architect will also collaborate on the integration of structural, mechanical, and software elements into the design. Responsibilities include ensuring designs meet client requirements, adhering to budgetary and time constraints, and maintaining compliance with local codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 Years of Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create innovative and functional designs
• Project Management skills to oversee timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaborations
• Experience with Software Development and Integration to manage technology-driven design solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools
• Thorough knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Degree in Architecture or a related field; licensed architects are preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
