Position - Architect/Sr. Architect(Real Estate)

Location - Thane, Mumbai

Experience - 4-7yrs

Salary - 7-10 lpa

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Architecture is mandatory. A Master's degree in Architecture or a related field would be an added advantage.
Extensive experience in architectural design and feasibility reports.
In-depth knowledge of Mumbai and Thane DCPR (Development Control and Promotion Regulations) rules.
Experience with MHADA projects is essential.
Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong site monitoring skills to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
Responsibilities:**
Lead the design process from conceptualization to final execution.
Prepare detailed feasibility analyses for each project, considering all relevant factors such as cost, time, and regulations.
Oversee the work of junior architects, providing guidance and support as needed.
Collaborate with clients and consultants to understand their needs and ensure that the project objectives are met.
Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
Stay updated with the latest Mumbai and Thane DCPR rules and ensure all designs comply with these regulations.
Use architectural software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp to create detailed designs and plans.
