Company Description Spectrum Design Group (SDG) is a Mumbai-based architecture and interior design practice with over 15 years of experience across residential, commercial, and planning projects. With work spanning multiple regions in India, the studio engages diverse project scales and typologies, grounded in a strong understanding of client needs, lifestyle, and context.

Role Description The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, producing detailed drawings, and coordinating design documentation for residential, commercial, and planning projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors, preparing design presentations, and ensuring alignment with project requirements, budgets, and timelines. The role involves conducting site visits, reviewing construction progress, and resolving design and technical issues in coordination with the project team.

3-5 years of experience

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in concept development, space planning, and detailing.
• Experience in Project Management, including coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and overseeing design execution.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; relevant professional registration or eligibility is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret building codes, regulations, and local bylaws, with attention to quality, safety, and sustainability.
• Strong communication skills, collaborative working style, and the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and teams.
• Prior experience with residential and commercial projects in India, and familiarity with Mumbai's local context, is preferred.
