Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Gurugram, Haryana. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, supervising project execution, and managing project timelines. The role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure high-quality project delivery. The candidate will also be responsible for integrating creative and technical solutions into architectural projects to meet unique requirements effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design( 1- 4 year experience minimum)
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with Software Development and Integration in the context of architectural projects
• Strong understanding of project planning, execution, and coordination processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and with clients
• Proficiency in architectural design software and tools is an advantage
• Professional degree in Architecture or a related discipline, with valid certification or registration
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus
