Role Summary
Design and deliver end-to-end automation solutions combining RPA and AI to improve operational efficiency within financial services processes. This role focuses on building scalable, production-grade automations across document-heavy workflows and integrating enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end automation solutions using RPA and AI technologies to transform business processes
- Build AI-driven document processing solutions leveraging Azure Document Intelligence
- Execute full automation lifecycle: development, testing (unit/integration/UAT), deployment, and hypercare support
- Troubleshoot production automations and ensure stability, performance, and scalability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and IT teams to translate process requirements into solutions
- Develop reusable automation frameworks and ensure adherence to governance and coding standards
Must-Have Skills
- Azure AI (Document Intelligence) — Core for document processing and AI-based automation in this role
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) — Essential for workflow automation and low-code integrations
- Process Automation Engineering (end-to-end lifecycle) — Mandatory capability across development, testing, and deployment
- Automation Development & Debugging Skills — Required for building scalable and stable automation solutions
- Structured & Unstructured Data Handling — Critical for document, email, and financial data processing use cases
- UiPath or Other RPA — Preferred enterprise RPA tool widely used in financial services
