We are seeking an Architect with experience in residential real estate projects to join our team. You will be responsible for design coordination, including preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and checking GFC (Good for Construction) drawings before they are released to the site. This role requires a strong understanding of building codes and municipal regulations, as well as hands-on experience with software like AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
