Architect – Bangalore
Experience: 3–6 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs from concept through detailed design and construction documentation.
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, specifications, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, BIM, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated design delivery.
- Produce high-quality models and drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Review design outputs for compliance with client requirements, applicable codes, and quality standards.
- Participate in design coordination meetings with internal teams and clients.
- Support project planning, design reviews, and technical problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining design quality.
- Assist in preparing technical reports, BOQs, and tender documentation where required.
- Mentor graduate architects and support knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- 3–6 years of experience in architectural design, preferably on commercial, mixed-use, residential, institutional, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Navisworks and Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction detailing, and BIM workflows.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary project environment.
- Willingness to work from the Bangalore office.
