Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in Jodhpur. The Architect will be responsible for designing architectural projects, creating detailed plans, and overseeing the construction process to ensure alignment with project specifications. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing designs, preparing technical drawings, ensuring compliance with building codes, and collaborating with clients and contractors to execute successful projects. Attention to detail and creativity are crucial to deliver designs inspired by heritage while meeting modern requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in technical drawing and design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction standards
• Skills in creative and detailed space planning, conceptual design, and project visualization
• Ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Previous experience in heritage-inspired architectural projects is an advantage
• Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices is a plus
• Proficiency in graphic presentation tools like Adobe Creative Suite is desirable
