Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Gurugram. The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects, creating detailed drawings, and overseeing their implementation. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with clients, team members, and contractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets. The Architect will also focus on integrating innovative design solutions and coordinating with various teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Project Management experience, including coordinating teams and adhering to budgets and timelines
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration for architecture-related tools
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and design-thinking skills
• Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Degree in Architecture or related discipline; professional licensure is a plus
• Experience in designing for Corporate, Retail, Hospitality, or Educational Spaces is highly desirable
