Role Description

This is a Part-Time Architect role dedicated to supporting our expanding portfolio of municipal and infrastructure projects. As an Architect, you will play a critical role in our PMC and DPR work for various Urban Local Bodies. You will be responsible for:

• Designing and developing comprehensive architectural plans for buildings and public gardens.
• Collaborating on integrated infrastructure projects including water supply, drainage, roads, and bridges.
• Overseeing project execution to ensure alignment with municipal goals and client requirements.
• Providing technical guidance and ensuring all designs meet high-quality standards from concept to commissioning.

Qualifications

• Architectural Expertise: Proven skills in Architecture and Architectural Design to deliver high-caliber plans for buildings, landscape/garden projects, and urban infrastructure.
• Project Management: Proficiency in managing timelines and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (civil, hydraulic, and structural) to meet project goals.
• Technical Integration: Ability to integrate architectural plans with complex infrastructure such as water supply, drainage, and road networks.
• Software Proficiency: Mastery of AutoCAD, Revit, or similar architectural tools is essential for creating detailed DPR drawings.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
