Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect based in Surat. The Architect will be involved in designing and developing architectural plans, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring that projects align with client needs and comply with regulatory standards. Responsibilities also include integrating designs with modern technologies, overseeing project execution, and collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design with a strong understanding of space planning and material selection
• Experience in Project Management, including overseeing execution, budgeting, and timelines
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration as it relates to modern architectural tools and platforms
• Strong conceptual design, technical detailing, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities
• Relevant work experience in commercial, residential, or government projects is highly beneficial
