Responsibilities:

· dealing with client(s) / team to design and manage - integrated architectural design projects both commercial and Institutional type.

· Conduct necessary research to support technical and design issues.

· Prepare Detailed GFC drawing including integration of all services.

· Select architectural materials, decor, finishes and lighting.

· Prepare working drawings, details and Construction Drawing sets

· Work well to manage project timeliness and expectations.

Qualifications:

· A Degree in Architecture

· Minimum 7 Year - Professional Work Experience on big scale projects.

· Be passionate to work on both Architecture Design as well as working detailing

· Should be having thorough understanding of working details, electrical and lighting, HVAC and plumbing, materials and finishes.

· Effective communicators skills within team and on-site.

· Should have Good communication skill and able to deal with team and other consultants

· Can start the job immediately or short notice period.
