We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect with strong exposure to both residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling architectural planning, design development, and structural drawings, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

• Prepare architectural designs and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects.
• Develop structural drawings in coordination with project and site teams.
• Prepare working drawings, layout plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and site engineers.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Conduct site visits to review execution as per approved drawings.
• Support project planning, material selection, and design optimization.
• Revise drawings based on client feedback and site requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
• 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in architectural design.
• Proven experience in both residential and commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural drawings and construction detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office (knowledge of 3D tools is an advantage).
• Good understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work closely with site teams and stakeholders.
