Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Chennai, is for an Architect at Royal Land Developers. The Architect will be responsible for designing and creating architectural plans, overseeing structural designs, and collaborating with project teams to ensure successful execution. Key responsibilities also include integrating innovative design solutions and managing project timelines to meet client specifications while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The Architect will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients to bring high-quality real estate projects to fruition.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design with a focus on functionality and aesthetics
• Experience in Project Management and the ability to oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration for implementing modern architectural design methods, tools, and technologies
• Ability to assess site conditions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure project compliance with local regulations
• Proficiency in CAD and other architectural design software
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in residential or commercial real estate projects is highly desirable

This role is to handle a villa project with a land area of 60 Acres.

Experience : 4 - 8 years

Qualification : B.Arch
