About the Role :
We are seeking an architect who combines strong design sensibilities with a deep interest in research-driven practice. The ideal candidate is well-versed in construction methodologies and is passionate about working on environmentally responsible and socially impactful projects, including eco-sensitive developments and social housing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
* Lead and contribute to architectural design projects from concept to execution
* Conduct research on materials, construction techniques, and sustainable design strategies
* Develop innovative, context-sensitive design solutions
* Prepare drawings, models, and documentation aligned with project requirements
* Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity
* Stay updated on evolving construction technologies and sustainability practices
* Contribute to projects focused on social housing and community-oriented development
Eligibility Criteria :
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture with minimum 5 years of professional experience.
* Master's degree in Architecture with minimum 3 years of professional experience.
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies and detailing
* Demonstrated interest in research, sustainability, and ecological design
* Experience or interest in social housing, community projects, or development sector work
* Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, etc.)
* Strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills

* Sensitivity to environmental and social contexts
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
