We are looking for an Architect with strong design sensibilities, excellent coordination skills, and a hands-on understanding of the complete architectural process, from conceptualization and 2D detailing to 3D visualization and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts, detailed drawings, and 3D visualizations.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

• Translate design intent into on-site execution through effective material selection and detailing.

• Resolve on-site challenges with creative and practical solutions.

• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely project delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture

• 3+ years of experience in construction and architecture

• Strong technical and design skills.

• Good coordination and communication abilities.

• Sound knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site execution.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D visualization tools along with understanding of certain AI workflows for an efficient output.
