Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design: Lead the architectural design and development of eCommerce and retail solutions using React and Node.js.
- Customization & Integration: Oversee the customization and integration of various systems to ensure seamless operation and enhanced user experience.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of React and Node.js developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code standards.
- Business Analysis: Collaborate with Business Analysts (BAs) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Project Management: Work closely with Project Managers (PMs) to ensure timely delivery of projects, adhering to budget and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in architecture, with a focus on eCommerce and retail solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in React, Node.js, and related technologies.
- Customization & Integration: Proven experience in system customization and integration.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing development teams.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Work Hours: Should be able to work until 10:30 PM IST.
