This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Chennai. The Architect will oversee the design, planning, and development processes of residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities include creating architectural designs, managing project timelines, collaborating with teams to ensure seamless integration in construction plans, and ensuring projects align with client requirements and regulatory standards.

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience with Project Management and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Skills in Software Development and Integration that support architectural projects
• Proficiency in architectural design software like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Knowledge of regional building codes and regulations in Southern India is a plus
