Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

1. Minimum 2 - 3 Year experience preferred

2. Conduct feasibility studies for new project leads.

3. Coordinate with all design consultants and ensure timely submission of drawings.

4. Perform regular site visits and provide detailed design clarifications to the execution team.

5. Prepare conceptual drawings, design presentations, and review GFC drawings.

6. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.

7. Prepare BOQs, design documentation, and coordination drawings when required.

8. Work closely with project managers to resolve design-related issues during execution.

9. The candidate should be thorough or at least reasonably familiar with TNCBR 2019 (Tamil Nadu Combined Building Rules 2019), especially regarding setbacks, FSI, height regulations, and approval procedures.

10. Assist in material selection in collaboration with consultants.
