Job Title: Architect (24 Years Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect with 24 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The candidate must have strong knowledge of design & architecture, draughting, detailed drawings, and AutoCAD, along with hands-on exposure to residential projects. The role includes developing design concepts, preparing detailed architectural drawings, coordinating with consultants, and supporting the execution of residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs, concepts, and layout plans for residential projects.

Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, sections, elevations, and construction documentation.

Perform draughtsman-level drawing work with accuracy and attention to detail.

Create and update AutoCAD drawings and assist in design development.

Collaborate with project managers, structural and MEP consultants to ensure design consistency.

Participate in site visits, surveys, and inspections to resolve design-related queries.

Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and project standards.

Manage timelines and deliver high-quality drawing sets for residential architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.

24 years of professional experience, preferably with a focus on residential projects.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3D tools is a plus.

In-depth understanding of architectural design, detailing, and residential planning.

Ability to prepare high-quality detailed and working drawings.

Strong visualization, technical drafting, and communication skills.

Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Attributes:

Prior experience in housing, villas, apartments, or residential interiors.

Strong coordination skills and problem-solving approach.

Ability to collaborate within a design and project execution team.
