Job Title: Project Architect

Experience: At least 5 years professional experience in a reputed architectural consultancy firm.

Location:Kolkata & Bubhaneswar

About the Company:

We are a multidisciplinary architecture and engineering consultancy providing comprehensive design, planning, and project management support services, including PMC, PMU, and PMA assignments for various Government departments and public sector projects across India.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institute/university

· Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a reputed architectural consultancy firm

· Proficiency in relevant architectural software applications

· Knowledge of building codes, development regulations, by-laws, and statutory approval processes

· Must have experience in working with heritage projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in preparation of conceptual, schematic, and detailed working drawings

· Prepare and deliver presentations before clients.

· Attend client meetings within West Bengal and other states as required for project coordination and discussions.

· Participate in site visits for design coordination, execution support, and technical clarifications

· Maintain design documentation, drawing registers, and project records systematically
