Job requirements

Experience Range: 7 to 10 years of experience, including substantial hands-on expertise architecting and implementing Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions Key Responsibilities:

Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance e-commerce solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Lead SFCC project implementations, including SFRA-based storefronts and integrations with external systems
Translate business requirements into robust technical designs in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams
Establish and enforce code quality, deployment, and continuous integration standards within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud ecosystem
Integrate and optimize Einstein for Commerce features to drive personalization and product recommendations
Configure and customize Salesforce Order Management (SOM) to enhance order processing and fulfillment workflows
Mentor development teams in advanced SFCC and SFRA concepts, ensuring compliance with architectural standards
Resolve complex technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions in e-commerce environments

Preferred Skills:

Headless commerce architecture and API design
B2B and B2C commerce model expertise within Salesforce
Cloud platform experience (AWS or Azure) for e-commerce hosting
AI-driven merchandising and personalization strategies
Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Architect

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Developer
Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Architect (preferred)
