Job requirements

Experience Range: With at least 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, including 3 or more years specifically focused on Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions Key Responsibilities:

Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions that address complex business requirements and drive measurable user engagement
Implement and maintain Experience Data Security Models to ensure regulatory compliance and safeguard sensitive information
Develop, refine, and monitor Experience Dashboards and Insights to provide actionable data visualizations and support business decision-making
Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications for Experience Cloud projects
Lead and mentor technical teams throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of Experience Cloud initiatives
Configure and customize Experience Cloud components, including sites, themes, and page layouts, to enhance user experience and brand alignment
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in Experience Cloud implementations, driving continuous improvement and system reliability
Integrate Experience Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and external systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless user journeys

Implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO) and authentication protocols within Salesforce
Hands-on experience with Einstein Analytics for advanced reporting
Agile project management methodologies applied to Salesforce delivery

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field
Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant credential
Salesforce Certified Architect or equivalent relevant Salesforce certification
