Job requirements

Experience Range: With at least 7 years of experience in Salesforce platform architecture and solution design, including up to 10 years in enterprise environments Key Responsibilities:

Architect scalable and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and industry standards
Develop custom applications leveraging Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Automation to enhance platform functionality
Configure and optimize Salesforce sharing, security, and data modeling to ensure regulatory compliance and robust access control
Lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive Salesforce solutions
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Apex Web Services, Async Apex, and SOQL to enable seamless data exchange
Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and provide actionable technical guidance and best practices to development teams
Establish and enforce standards for Salesforce development, including code quality, configuration, and deployment processes
Mentor junior developers, promoting technical growth and knowledge sharing within the team
