This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect specializing in Projects and Facilities, located in Nagpur. The role involves designing and overseeing architectural projects, managing on-site construction processes, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. The Architect will be tasked with integrating software solutions into project planning, facilitating architectural design, and managing cross-functional teams to achieve project success. Collaboration with stakeholders and team members to align designs with organizational goals is a critical aspect of this position.

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong foundation in developing and executing creative and functional designs.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration, particularly as it relates to architecture and project planning.
• Strong skills in Project Management, including overseeing timelines, budget control, and leading multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and innovative thinking.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
• Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and local building regulations is a plus.
