Position Summary
We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Architects to join our creative team in Mumbai. The role involves design development, planning, stakeholder coordination, and site execution. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of design, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion in collaboration with consultants and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs and concepts in line with client and project requirements.
- Engage in designing, planning, and preparing presentations for internal and client reviews.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
- Prepare detailed working drawings and execution documentation.
- Conduct periodic site visits to monitor work quality, progress, and adherence to drawings.
- Collaborate with senior architects and support design documentation across project stages.
Required Skills & Software Proficiency
- AutoCAD Essential for detailed drawings and documentation.
- MS Office For project coordination and reporting.
- SketchUp For 3D modeling and design visualization.
- Photoshop Preferred for enhancing presentations and renderings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
