As an Architect, you will contribute to the design and delivery of high-profile projects in India and across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. This role focuses on design development, coordination, and project support working to deliver high-quality outcomes while continuing to build professional capability.

What are we looking for
We are currently on the search for Architects to bring their expertise and passion to some of the world's most amazing projects within India, and across APAC! On the back of some amazing project wins and a very long pipeline of future work planned, we are looking to continue to build our capacity in this critical part of the business. If you have a passion or desire to work on large scale projects of national significance, look no further!
Specifically, we're looking for our future Architects to:
- Help lead critical components of projects such as structural coordination, MEP coordination, bowl design, envelop support and planning!
- Embody our four cultural values: Integrity, Entrepreneurial Creativity, Excellence and FUN!
- Have 5+ years experience working on large scale projects within the Indian market.
- Have well-rounded design eye and the ability to engage in design discussions and debates.
- Have experience using Revit for architectural documentation and who can efficiently develop and produce 3D project documentation and detailing to standards and project requirements.
- Have experience using software like Rhino and Grasshopper – this isn't a must have, but certainly an added bonus.
- Be able to develop, prepare and deliver design presentations to clients, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Have a strong desire and passion for working in teams that are highly collaborative and who have a continuous learning mindset.
- Have experience working collaboratively in modifying and reviewing design concepts, production and construction documents according to established standards and technical requirements.
