We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team in India / Hyderabad / Immediate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, with experience in developing innovative and functional building solutions. This role requires a combination of creativity and technical skills to bring client visions to life while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural plans and blueprints for various projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for projects.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information for design.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Work with engineers and other professionals to integrate systems into designs.
• Oversee the construction process to ensure alignment with design specifications.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in architectural design or related roles.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards. (Commercial, Residential, Villas Hands on Working experience)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must have strong vasthu knowledge
